Tuition/Fees and Due Dates
Tuition is charged as an annual fee which can be payable in 10 monthly installments. The amount is based on the number of classes during the entire school year—NOT the number of classes per month.

Registration Fees are due at time of registration and help recover administrative costs. Returning students pre-register at $10 per student, $20 per family— deadline June 30th. All registration fees are non-refundable.
Monthly Tuition is due and payable on the 1st of each month. See fee columns above. Tuition is non-refundable. LATE FEE: $10.00, assessed on the 10th.
Recital Costume Fees: 50% of Total Costume balance due at registration OR “costume payment plan” set up with 1st pmt due Sept 1. Balance of costume fees will be billed in November, and are due by Dec. 31st. No costumes will be ordered unless paid in full by Dec. 31st. Please remember that costume payments are NOT included in the Auto Pay Amount and must be tendered separately by check, credit card, PayPal online, cash, etc. This is part of your dance season payment agreement. Fees are as follows:
$70 for Modern, $65 for Tap, $85 for Combo Classes ages 4 & 5,
$95 for Combo Classes ages 6+, $75 for all other costumes
Annual Recital Fee: $40 per student $60 per family (due in April)
The recital fee helps to offset auditorium rental, technician fees, programs, incentive awards, lighting, etc. Each student will receive two free tickets to the recital. Recital Tickets: $5/adult—$3/children under 18

Holiday Performance
Production Fee per Student: $40.00 per dancer
Tickets for Performance: $10 - $16
The studio Holiday show is “A Gift for Emma” held each December and co-hosted by Denton City Contemporary Ballet (the Conservatory’s affiliate non-profit dance company) and Denton Dance Conservatory. The production fee is due with the November tuition payment and helps to cover the cost of performance facilities, technician fees, costumes, lighting, program, and advertising. All costumes for the show are furnished by Denton Dance Conservatory, LLC.
